The common approach to improving health, is to first educate yourself  well about what makes you healthy and then somehow make sure you are disciplined in the practices of  maintaining a good dietary regime and regular physical exercise or movement. Of course all these things are neccessary. The problem is, for many people, there are deeply engrained habits which sabotage a lot of our good intentions. So first of all should come LETTING GO. Letting go of  physical tension and letting go of mental strain. After letting go, natural vitality, the basis of  vibrant health and well-being can spread thoughout your whole body.

One of the intentions behind ‘MYBODYMINDWORKOUT’ is to facilitate access to NATURAL VITALITY.
