The Book I’ve started working with, “Practices for Improving Your Eyesight” by Mantak Chia and Robert T. Lewanski is packed with common sense as well as many many exercises to help improve your eyesight. There are testimonals from people who have actually improved their sight to the point of doing away with glasses. That’s quite a claim!
“Everyday that you apply these powerful eye and health techniques,you will build and improve your life”……..so it states in the book. In the last year or so I’ve started wearing glasses for reading. After two weeks of a range of these exercises, my eyesight has improved. I’m certainly going to carry on!
Here is a written description of two more eye exercises:
1. Stand or sit in a relaxed pose.
2. Look straight ahead with a soft gaze.
3. Move your head with eyes open in a figure of eight movement, horizontally. Do this for as long as you feel comfortable. Then do the figure of eight movement in the opposite direction, horizontally.
4. Repeat the figure of eight movement with your head, as above, only in a vertical direction.
5. Relax and Enjoy!
